Why is there no way to manage my account on mobile?

Unfortunately, due to certain business policies associated with mobile app stores, customer accounts and subscriptions must be managed through our web application.

Why am I having difficulty logging in?

Ensure you have a strong 5g or WIFI connection. Double check that you are using the correct email and password, if need be try resetting your password.

A feature is not working, or some icons or widgets are not rendering correctly.

This is generally related to your web browser and or the use of adblockers. Clear your browser data, cookies and history. Disable your adblocker or whitelist our web application so it is not blocked.

The app performance is slow.

Check your internet connection to ensure you have a strong 5g or WIFI signal. Try restarting the app/web page and/or your device. If you are on mobile or tablet, try reinstalling the app.

I accidentally went past the 7 Day Free Trial and was charged for my first month, can I receive a refund?

No, we do not offer refunds for any full or partial months. Be sure to cancel your subscription if you do not intend to use our service.

If I cancel my subscription do I still have access to the patient profiles and sessions I have saved in my account?

Yes, your patient profiles and patient sessions will not be removed in any way if you cancel your subscription. You can always come back to review the data or restart your subscription if you’d like.

Can I change my email after account creation?

No, we do not support changing emails after your account has been created.

How do I delete my account?

Account deletion is not supported in app, you must contact us at support@whadata.com to delete your account. Please note deleting your account will remove it from our system and you will not be able to log in and access any patient profiles or sessions you have saved.

How long does it take for your Ambient AI Scribe to process an audio session?

A typical 10 - 20 minute audio session will take between 2 - 5 minutes to process and be available for review.

What new features or capabilities should we expect to be added during early access and post launch?

Our product road map is currently not being publicly shared. You can get an idea of what to expect for early access by viewing the features discussed on the landing page or the subscription page. Post official launch we will be pivoting to include more EHR/EMR type capabilities into our platform. Stay tuned for more information on this.
